Conditions for Sales and Terms of Payments:

1 - Send your request by e-mail to gnomosorchids@uol.com.br.

2 - We pay Phytosanitary Certificate and CITES documents in orders bigger than 1000 dollars.

3 - We pay for shipment costs in orders bigger than 1000 dollars

4 - In some countries an Import Permit is needed for plants to be shipped. If that is the case in your country, you have to send us your import permit number.

5 - Your order will be sent within 40-50 days after we received it.

6 - Payment needs to be done by bank transfer.

7 - Plants are shipped by Express Mail, it arrives to the destinatary in around 5-7 days.
